Salmon, Potatoe Salad and Rice

Fresh salmon seasoned the way you like it

Potatoe Salad
Baby potatoes
Onion
Red and yellow pepper
Frozen veg mix
Paprika 1 and half table spoon
Dried chili 1 tea spoon
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Mayonnaise
Salad cream

Rice
Onion
Chick peas
Salt
Cumin seeds

1. Wash and cut baby potatoes in half then add to a sauce pan with frozen veg and boil

2. In another sauce pan sauté onions and cumin seeds for 1 minuite then add rice, drained chickpeas and boiling water. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 19 minutes or until rice is nice and fluffy.

3. Place salmon under the grill. Follow instructions on the pack for timing.

4. Once potatoes and veg are boiled drain them and leave to stand untill cooled down. Then add peppers, onion, paprika, dried chili, salt and black pepper.

5. Add mayoniase and salad cream to the salad, give it a good mix and taste to see if more is needed then sprinkle parsley on the top.

6. Serve and enjoy 😊 I also had avacado and some baby tomatoes on the side. See below for picture of the finished dish.
