All the recipes that I share with you are for a clean healthy diet. To lose weight but to gain muscle. I do this by trying to put as little fat into my food and more protein. I hope these recipes can inspire you and if you try them out at home please feel free to share your pictures and comments.

 I have been eating like this for about 4 months and have lost a stone after having 2 babies so it does work. You feel more energetic and better within your self. I'm also a strong believer that what you eat has a big impact on your health and the way you feel.
